These Terms of Service (“Terms”) control the end-user (“you”, “your”) access and behavior on Streamcord (“service”)’s website (streamcord.io and related domains), dashboard (dash.streamcord.io), and Discord bot. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services.

All images used in the service are copyrights of their respective owners.

The Twitch logo (“Glitch”) is a copyright © of Twitch Interactive, Inc.

The Discord logo is a copyright © of Hammer & Chisel, Inc. and Discord, Inc.

By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), in any way related to (a) your access to or use of our Products, (b) your User Content, or (c) your breach of any of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SERVICE INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SERVICE.

The developer takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any user-generated content that you, any other end-user, or third-party posts or transmits using our service. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to user-generated content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.

II. Limitations

The end-user must be at least 13 years of age to use the service in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. By using the service, you agree that you are the legal age.

The service may contain references (links and/or pictures) that belong to third-party companies or websites that are not owned or controlled by the developer.

V. Termination of License

The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend this license at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Upon termination, you are still bound to sections i, iv, and v - viii of this agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100).

We are not responsible for any reactions to content on the service. By interacting with this website, including clicking on links, watching videos, reading content, or any other interaction with a content, you understand that any damage including health reactions or software damage, is at your own risk.

VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United States of America and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio.

VIII. General Terms

The developer reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to the end-user, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if we so choose. We may revise these Terms occasionally and the most current revision will be posted on this current page. By continuing to access or use the service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
